Overview

The IT Support Specialist is a tech-savvy individual who is responsible for deploying, configuring, maintaining, and supporting end-user devices and applications. This position requires strong problem solving/analytical/ communication skills and has an in-depth technical knowledge of hardware systems and software.

Responsibilities

  • Must demonstrate and model Sachse Construction’s core values.
  • Install and perform repairs to hardware, software, A/V equipment and peripheral equipment including cell phones and air cards
  • Set up equipment for employee use, performing and ensuring proper installation of operating systems and appropriate software
  • Responsible for procuring, installing, configuring, supporting and maintaining end user devices
  • Support a wide range of remote users across the United States
  • Troubleshoot user computer problems whether hardware, software or user error
  • Minimal travel to offsite locations as required

Qualifications

  • Technology related degree or Industry Certificates (Dell, Microsoft, Cisco)
  • Minimum of 1 year in an IT Helpdesk environment providing phone and desk side assistance
  • In office attendance required
